Cyber Security Systems Administrator

 

Description:
Assist clients with Cyber Infrastructure Administrator supporting Cyber Security Operations. Contribute to team by supporting a variety of enterprise management and cyber security technologies, including remote access and malware and virus prevention and mitigation infrastructure. Work independently with modest supervision and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with information technology, cyber security, or systems administration
  • 2+ years of experience in network security analysis or administration
  • Experience in McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO); McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention (HIPS); McAffee Enterprise Antivirus; Citrix Access Gateway (CAG) and Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS); Cisco AnyConnect VPN; Cisco Clean Access (NAC); Splunk; or BigFix

Information Assurance Specialist

Description:
Serve as an Information Assurance (IA) subject matter expert as part of the Cyber Technologies center of expertise delivering solutions. Review and critique Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation in compliance. Assess program security compliance, support program briefs, and coordinate and compile program security-related documentation for various programs. Assist with the preparation and revision of IA policy and guidance documents for specific cyber security-related technologies. Participate in security architecture development and documentation and conduct vulnerability and risk assessments and testing as needed. Provide C&A and IA support, including Security Technical Implementation Guidance, Wireless, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), Network Connection Approval Process, Vulnerability Assessment, Computer Security Response, Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP).
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with computer network devices and operating systems
  • 3+ years of experience with information assurance and security practices
  • 3+ years of experience with writing SSAAs or other security-related policy
  • 2+ years of experience in resolving security findings discovered on network devices and OS
  • 1+ years of experience with C&A package review for making risk-based recommendations

Information Assurance Network Specialist

 

Description:
Assist clients maintain an Active Directory schema extension to support security access and control of Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) data. Facilitate a capability for ACCM program management to control or set user permissions. Collaborate with client to validate security classifications

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting PKI implementation efforts

Cyber Threat Analyst

Description:
Assist clients by monitoring workplace for potential security violations, incidents, malicious activity, and attacks to determine if policy has been breached, assess the impact, and preserve data. Support incident escalation and assess probable damages, identify damage control and remediation, and assist with developing courses of action. Supervise the installation, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and administration of IA hardware and software systems. Recommend, schedule, and perform IA system repairs, systems administration, and maintenance. Analyze patterns of non compliance or attacks and recommend appropriate actions to minimize security risks and insider threat. Configure, optimize, and test network devices; diagnose and resolve IA problems in response to reported incidents; enhance rule sets to identify or block sources or potential sources of malicious traffic; and support the design and execution of exercise scenarios.

Qualifications

Cyber Network Architect

Description:
Proactively assist client with new design and implementation for “effective and efficient” network-based cyber solutions to protect critical business processes and IT assets. Analyze, develop, and communicate possible cyber solutions to both senior executives and highly technical staff. Use data collected from a variety of Computer Network Defense (CND) tools, including intrusion detection system alerts, firewall and network traffic logs, and host system logs to analyze events that occur within their environment. Perform assessments of systems and networks and identify where those systems or networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Maintain knowledge of applicable CND policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to client assets. Perform CND vulnerability assessments within the enclave, perform CND risk assessments within the enclave, conduct authorized penetration testing of enclave network assets, analyze site and enclave CND policies and configurations, and evaluate compliance with regulations and enclave directives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with secure network engineering or architecture
  • 4+ years of experience with design modeling, network performance planning, network capacity planning, and establishment of network policies and standards, including LAN or WAN
  • Experience in operational aspects of a computer network, including WAN, CAN, MAN, and LAN component installation and maintenance as well as problem and change management, security incident response, and systems administration
  • Experience with doing business in commercial markets, including telecommunications, data, or network communications companies

Cyber Security Device Principal Engineer

Description:
Contribute by applying an advanced knowledge of information security services, analysis concepts, practices, and procedures. Maintain responsibility for research, design, development, deployment, configuration, administration, and maintenance of an enterprise-wide Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and Security Information/Event Management (SIEM) infrastructure. Work on the most complex assignments and perform a comprehensive range of information security services operations activities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with security engineering and administration
  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS) and IDS analysis

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in network security analysis and administration preferred
  • Experience with briefing engineering plans to senior management

Cyber Security Operations Team Lead
Description:
Assist clients by deploying security operations tools, including SEIM or log management, IDS or IPS, and incident tracking technologies. Manage teams conducting network security monitoring and threat assessment activities, conduct or lead vulnerability assessment or penetration testing activities, conduct incident response actions, and perform malware analysis services. Manage teams that provide these functions in order to drive the maturity of security operations services for clients.

 
Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with IT operations and security and infrastructure security
  • Experience with the Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and Intrusion Detection Prevention (IDP)
  • Experience in conducting response actions for network intrusions

Cyber Malware Analyst

 

Description:
Research, develop, and test cyber-related capabilities and the vulnerabilities they exploit. Leverage technical insights to develop network-based cyber capabilities to help shape the technical direction of the program. Provide software development environment, recommending software tools and applications, performing data transfer, conducting systems administration, reviewing legacy code, enhancing legacy code, writing documentation, performing unit test, and conferring with other technical staff in brainstorming sessions. Leverage experience with software or hardware vulnerability analysis to think like a hacker to resolve issues. Learn new concepts, technologies, and skills to help the team meet emerging challenges in the cyber realm.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with developing exploits for vulnerability research, penetration testing, or related areas
  • 2+ years of experience in the Computer Network Operations (CNO) domain
  • 2+ years of experience in programming with an Object Oriented language, including C++ and scripting languages, including Python, Perl, or C-Knowledge of Web server and Web page applications
  • Knowledge of the OSI model network stack
  • Knowledge of computer network design, operation, and programming
  • Ability to evaluate Network communications using tools, including WireShark and NMAP

Description:
Respond to security, computer and network incidents.  Collaborate with client’s Operations and Engineering departments. Conduct investigations regarding security incidents and build a training program to educate user’s of possible threats. Provide after action reports to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with information systems, information security, network engineering, or system administration
  • Experience as an analyst with Web content and DNS logs
  • Experience with data gathering
  • Knowledge of the incident response process, including preparation, identification, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned

Description:

Assist clients with maintenance and reliability engineering support. Coordinate Maintenance to support, and perform Level of Repair Analysis. Forecast reliability and failure analysis, assist in transportability and safety reviews.  Collaborate and interact with client to develop Performance-Based Logistics strategies, and conduct Core Logistics Analyses.

Building Energy Efficiency Consultant

Description:

Assist clients with energy efficiency programs in the private and public sector. Present strategic and technical support for private and public clients in energy efficiency. Provide experiences in technical areas, with a particular interest in energy efficiency technologies, measurement and verification (M&V), utility programs, and financing.
